Backup of boot-floppy:
After you built a LRP NAT-firewall, you may want to make a back-up the LRP boot-floppy.

1. On a PC, invoke winimage.

2. Insert the working LRP boot-floppy in drive A; click Disk....Read... 

3. Save the image (File...Save) as a file on your hard disk, or email the image file as an attachment to a friend to burn the image file on a CD-R.

Content Control:
LRP gives you adequate protection from outside hacking, but it does not provide any content control or content filter since it is not a proxy server.
If you have children at home, you may want to install content-control software on their PCs such as Surfcontrol or Netnanny

How long has LRP been running since the last reboot ?
At the # prompt, type  uptime

Dusting and cleaning:
Once a year, take the LRP box outdoor and blow the dust off the power supply fan and the CPU heat sink. Use compressed air at 20 psi, if you do not have compressed air, blow the dust off with your mouth but wear a dust mask.
